Updated 10/3/19: Orders canceled for any reason before shipment will be subject to a 10% processing fee. Additional order transaction fees (credit card processing fees) are no longer refundable for any reason due to changes to the credit card processors agreement. Any cancellations for custom built orders or not normal inventory items, which are submitted after manufacturing has begun will be subject to a 50% processing fee, in addition to transaction fees which are not refundable.

Policy pre 10/3/19: Orders can be canceled at any time until items have shipped. Orders placed for standard out-of-stock items will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Orders placed for custom built items and items not normally stocked will be charged a 15% restocking fee if canceled before manufacture has begun or 50% after manufacture has begun.
